Conditions of Returns

• Item is returned within 30 days of receiving.
• The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
• The returned item is unused with original tags and packaging.
• In-store purchases cannot be returned online to our warehouse.

By Post

If you purchased a product online, you can post the item/s you would like to return directly to our address as listed below with a completed Return Form and invoice/proof of purchase.

Once your item(s) have been received, we aim to process your return within 2-3 business days. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for a refund to be received into your method of purchase from date of receipt.

Please note, the cost of return postage is at your own expense, and you will not be refunded for the cost of your return unless faulty, wrong items received or under warranty in which case please contact us before posting your return.

We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number in case you need to follow up.

In-Store

If you purchased a product instore you will need to return it to your nearest SUMMIT Sport store or KELME Showroom.

Faulty Item

If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.

Warranty

All KELME products are under warranty for defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. If there is a defect, we will replace with same, equal value (where purchased product is unavailable) or offer a full refund. Before returning a bulky item/s under warranty, please email photos to team@summitglobal.com.au to assess.
