How long will it take for my package to arrive once it is shipped?
IN-STOCK PRODUCTS
kelmesport.com.au will make best efforts to deliver in-stock products within 2 to 4 working days. For remote and non-metro areas, this may take longer, usually 4 to 8 working days.
EXTENDED DELIVERY PRODUCTS
Some items may have an extended delivery time-frame as indicated on the product page, as indicated in the product description, and as an image apart of the gallery for products. Please allow 3-4 weeks for the products.
We require a residential address for delivery as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Orders are processed on business days. If you order on a weekend or public holiday, please allow for non-business days when considering transit times.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Products that require personalisation will require additional time to complete this work, on top of any extended delivery time-frame/s, as indicated on the product page. For all types of personalisation work, please allow an additional 3-10 days, depending on size and type of work for orders to be complete.
Do you delivery outside of Australia?
Sorry, we do not deliver outside of Australia. All orders are for Australian residential addresses only.
Where is the order coming from?
We ship from either Sydney or Brisbane. If you want to pick up from one of our showrooms (Brisbane and Sydney), please advise.
Do you ship to PO Box?
We require a residential address for delivery as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
How long does it take to process the order?
IN-STOCK PRODUCTS
We will endeavour to dispatch in-stock goods within 48 hours of receiving the order.
EXTENDED DELIVERY PRODUCTS
For extended delivery product orders, these products are order from Kelme Global every Friday. Once ordered, it will take 3-4 weeks before products will arrive.
Please Note: While we make every effort to send your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for Australia Post/Courier delays.

Further delivery information:
kelmesport.com.au will use best efforts to meet the indicated delivery time. The courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If you are not home when the courier delivers your product, your product will be dropped off at the nearest Australia Post for pick up. The courier will leave a note in your post box notifying you.
kelmsport.com.au does not guarantee the availability of a product advertised, however you will be notified if we are unable to supply you with the goods you have ordered. All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and include GST. All prices are subject to change.
